Unify the Bonhomme family in relationship and purpose to fulfill the commandment to love God and love our neighbors.

May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer

May we be mindful of the words of Jesus when He prayed that we be one with each other as He is one with You so that we may be brought to complete unity for Your glory. (John 17:22)

75% of our church family surveyed indicates a sense of unity.

Increased opportunities for the whole congregation to come together, both in special times of worship, fellowship, and service.

Actively engage each member in our Bonhomme family to grow as disciples of Jesus and join in His mission.

We are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.

Spiritual Growth Plan for all Bonhomme members to identify their next step with Jesus.

Expand the role of lay leadership by helping people discover their call to ministry and equipping and empowering them for a life of service, while developing the leaders of tomorrow

Help us all use the spiritual gifts we have received to serve You and others. (1 Peter 4:10)

Expand deacon ministry and connect member gifts, skills, and interests with specific needs.

Nurture families. Be a church family FOR families with focus on supporting parents and children as they grow in faith, leading each home to become an outpost of Jesus’ kingdom.

Prayer

Help us love You with all our heart, soul, and mind, and be with us as we teach Your commands to our children. (Deuteronomy 6:5-7)

20% increase in families with children participating in family ministry.

Increase children and youth presence in worship leadership and increase intergenerational activities.

Love our neighbors. Share the good news of Jesus with our diverse community by welcoming all and serving, loving, and evangelizing our neighbors.

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Streamlined way of identifying and engaging in mission/outreach beyond the walls.

Foster a culture of generosity, encouraging more people to step out in faith and give freely to enable our mission and ensure the long-term financial strength of Bonhomme.

The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
