PROF. JERRAM BARRS
Covenant Theological Seminary
Join us at the next Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, February 20, when our distinguished speaker is Jerram Barrs, Professor of Christian Studies and Contemporary Culture at Covenant Theological Seminary. He will provide many practical insights into the Christian life and sharing the gospel.

Lewis. He is a former staff member of English L’Abri and is the founder and resident scholar of the Francis Schaeffer Institute at Covenant Theological Seminary.
Jerram Barrs has written several inspirational books, including “Learning Evangelism from Jesus”, “The Heart of Evangelism”, “The Heart of Prayer”, and “Freedom and Discipleship”. Professor David Jones of Westminster Seminary wrote the following about Jerram Barrs’ most recent book: “I can think of no other living educator who better embodies the gospel’s tough love combined with its unconditional acceptance of flawed people than Jerram Barrs. In this wonderfully moving account of Jesus’ approach to evangelism, Barrs shows us the ways in which the Lord’s message penetrates deep into the human heart, uncovering its darkest secrets while always defending the dignity of its owner.”
Jerram Barrs received a BA in English Language and Literature at University of Manchester, in Manchester, UK, and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Theological Seminary.
Tickets cost $10 and will be on sale in Kilby Commons on February 7 and 14. For additional information contact Kurt Johnson at (636) 519-8629.
